You can find bones in the third mission area of the ice clan. The owls drop them a lot.

the bear also drops bones relatively regularly, @BLackStarsArty ! they're a relatively common drop through enemies, but yeah, they take some grinding to farm :,,). you can often find decently priced bundles on the flea market at least!
