Display achievement badges on profile & mobile

I would love to see the forum achievement badges display on the mobile version of the site. It seems odd that they're missing. It would also be nice to have them on user profiles somewhere, to show off without needing to post on the forums :)

@Vissyn - Oh wow! I just assumed they weren't on mobile at all. Thanks for that tip! (Even though I never play in horizontal mode, it's cool that I can switch it over to peep at people's badges.)
