[Campaign] Add Flea apparel to combat loot tables

How better to catch fleas than from running around in the wilderness fighting with other furry creatures? A very rare drop chance (1% or less?) from campaign enemies with fur would be a silly surprise. Plus, I don't think there are any apparel drops in campaign, and it would be nice if there were more methods to collect simple apparel pieces. The fleas would be a fun first addition.
