(This is a bit of an expansion of my suggestion to show Titles on Wolves)
In addition to having a ton of cool new titles to choose from, we also have a lot of new forum banners and profile decorations. It'd be great if we could show these off on our wolves, since we can only have one active on the forums themselves. Preferably it would all be optional with a dynamic layout, so we could choose to show or hide any particular feature. I made a couple quick mockups just as ideas. Text colors/sizes/etc just use what's currently there, and would probably need to be tweaked in a final version. These also incorporate titles
Layout 1: This keeps pronouns where they currently are, and adds the other new features to the same box. I'm not as much of a fan of this one, as it can lead to odd empty space if you don't include everything. It can also really squish the forum banner.
Layout 2: This moves pronouns to the Info box, and adds the new features there. This is my preferred version, as it has more space to show the forum banner, and is more suited to features being optional. Everything can easily shift as needed, and it doesn't leave as much blank space if something is hidden. I also don't think it's a visibility issue to move pronouns here, as it's still readily available and reflects their location in the forums so people would already know where to look. Additionally, the Info box actually shows up before the Name box on mobile, so this location is more reliable across devices. Pronouns are now always located just below the wolf picture.
When I talk about optional features, I mean that in this version the edit window might look something like this:
And these^ particular settings (wolf image unchecked) would result in this:
So you could choose to show any combination of
- Forum Banner
- Wolf Image +Profile Decoration
- Title
- Pronouns
This would give us a lot more customization options and let us make use of all these cool new achievement features! The only real con I can think of is that the way LW does its wolf images means adding a profile picture is essentially loading another whole copy of all the layers of the wolf. This would make the pages more image heavy.
