I've been starting to cook the complex recipes but finding some of the items used are hard.
i know theres an item guide that lists each item and how to get them (i.e campaign, cooking, mole market, etc)
but is there a guide of which campaign spots to find said items? the wiki isn't helpin me much here

Hello ! I am currently working on overhauling the wiki and filling it with info, but it'll take some time ! Otherwise, you can look through Companions and clicking on them will show you what they drop when defeated in campaign or gauntlet

Most cooking items not listed are sold on rotation in the mole market. :)
[e] It says which areas if you look next to it for Darkspine/the certain NPC that drops it. Can check the area map for where these companions spawn in at.
