[Event Shop] Inconsistencies with sections

the Fluorescent Amulet recipe should be moved to the Recipes section

also it's kinda weird that ashes of loria is "mining supplies" when it's a crafting material for more than just that. it should probably be moved to a separate "materials" section, im pretty sure the shop sells other materials on other weeks too anyway

Not so sure if this is a bug or just some oversight and inconsistency, but definitely agree that the way it is now is incredibly messy. If you're going to have sections, it is important to also put the right item in the right section
