what is rush order? and how do i get it?

As the title says, im very confused about rush order- Where do I get it? What does it do?

Its for the cooking profession. Its above the picture of the monkey and below the cooking level.It costs 1000 pebbles the first time then 2000, 3000, 4000, and caps at 5000 for the day. you can buy it as many times as youd like. The small boost lasts one cooking pot session "Are you sure you want to purchase a rush order? This will apply to 1 round of cooking, adding 4 additional slots as well as cooking significantly faster."
