Did everyone get 'new seasonal vouchers' or just some people? How would one know? Are they different than the profession vouchers? All I have are profession vouchers and the abundant activities vouchers. So, if not everyone got them, that would kind of suck.
"Given out" is probably the wrong wording - they were (and still are) obtainable from the campaign, releasing wolves etc.
Seems like the drop rate in campaign was far too high accidentally to start and has now been adjusted. Basically, any vouchers earnt before the drop rate was adjusted won't be removed.

@winterprism No, you could also get it from doing Arena (a win net you x5 arena tickets and x5 icerun event tickets) and campaign. I got some tickets in Icerun Sword 3, mostly from moth and furmus encounters.
Funny enough, I actually avoided collecting more because I was certain the tickets would've been retroactively removed from my account. Guess I was wrong.
