At current, it takes too many steps to make butter, and it's not worth making, even for the few recipes that it's in.
You need two milk to make one cream. And you need one cream to turn into one butter. It feels like the extra step is just adding too much complexity to cooking. Maybe just use a milk and a salt to make butter?
To make yogurt, you need two milk to make a cream, and another milk to make the yogurt. Simplify the recipe to just need three milk. All the extra steps makes cooking more complicated than it needs to be. These are just the two recipes that stand out to me as being extra extra.
Alternately, rather than it being on a one to one basis for each of those recipes, make it so you get like two butter from one cream, or two yogurt from that recipe.
