[Event] Campaign text doesn't match campaign

When exploring in Icerun:

"You suddenly come across four Consumed Icerun Enderlings. What do you do?"

But there are five enemies. Seems a bit misleading, even if not all the enemies are Enderlings.

I got that with the deer, it also had a little snowloon along for the ride. I wonder if it is an extra on all the combats.
