[Event] Adjust some task rewards

Some tasks are somewhat similar. For instance, there's defeat 5 bosses in ice run, and 10 bosses in icerun. You get 4 vouchers for the 5 bosses, but only 6 for the ten bosses. I propose you make the tasks more even for the rewards they give out. From what I can see, this means adding an extra two vouchers for the bigger tasks.

yeah, I've thought the same when I saw those two tasks. I really, really hope they rebalance the voucher-payout. And the prices of the event items...
