[Event] Icerun Arena rounds won’t load [Temporary Fix Added]

Hey! Been running into an issue in the Icerun arena where when I try to say “next round,” it just has the little loading dots indefinitely. The problem persists after refreshing the page. If I come back in a few hours, I’ll be able to do another round or five before it happens again.

So far this has happened on Firefox (desktop browser) and Safari (mobile browser). It may have also happened in Chrome (desktop), but I’m not certain.

- Please take a screenshot of your Team, round, health and the Icerun Arena shop. Thank you!

- Temporary Fix: Manually leave the Icerun Arena game you are in by clicking on the Leave Game button in the top right.

I've had this happen too on Chrome desktop - twice i've gotten stuck in the icerun arena and it just won't load the next round. It usually happens at the end of a game, but it won't let me progress even if I wait multiple hours. I had to quit both times.

Happening on Opera(desktop) too, I assume it's just a sitewide issue. :s

Happening to me on Firefox desktop as well, this is the first time i've had this issue and ive been in the event arena a lot over the last week

Still doesn't load and now it is really bothersome because I practically can't do even anymore. I am stuck with Arena quests...

I feel bad yall are dealing with this too but in a way I'm glad I'm not the only one. I was about to come report this bug. So weird/annoying cause it worked for me all morning, then all of a sudden at like 12:30 it basically broke for me and like everyone else, just sits on the loading thing and does nothing.

Firefox on Windows desktop. Also not working. Will give it a try on another browser I guess. It was working a couple days ago, but all of a sudden stopped working.

Edit: I tried to log out and back in. Didnt work.
Attempted Brave and Edge. Didnt work.

After maintanance I managed to reach 16. round and do one quest doing so. Now it doesn't load again so I am once again stuck with all those arena quests.

The worst thing is I really am not able to do event at this point because we can't farm any event currency by campaigning without quests. And I can't get any more quests (except this one with bosses) with this bugged Arena :(((

This is really hurting some people, seeing as this post was made a day ago. That is a days worth of tickets lost to players. I tried to clear my cache as well and it didnt fix the issue.

Is the staff able to force a reset on our ice arena sessions for us that are stuck? Please.
