Event apparel can be sold from inventory

All the event apparel, including the soft-retiring event apparel, as a vendor-sell value and can be sold from the inventory. Other rare/retired items do not have this option and I think, just for the sake of avoiding accidental sales, the same should apply to the event apparel - making me assume this is a bug.
