I've just been really curious about this. Once I get better at CA (only have one published/almost sold out, one is pending as of now) I'd love to do preorders or even requests but I'm not entirely sure how to go about that. It seems like CA could always have a chance to be denied, unless I'm missing something?

They will get denied if they break ToS, just be sure to know the guidelines and follow the CA guide ! Things don't usually get outright rejected, they might get sent back for rework if you need to edit something slightly.
