@Vissyn i'm not sure how that would provide an unfair advantage though. CA artists will always have an advantage regardless of when the PSD is released, and i don't see how that would make things harder for non-CA artists. players who create art, grind, etc. will always have those advantages because they put the effort in to have that advantage, but that doesn't give casual players a disadvantage. maybe i'm misunderstanding, i just don't see it being unfair unless there's price-gouging going on with CA, which i don't think has been a problem in the past.

Even giving a fully fleshed out PSD, I wouldn't support. Giving out PSD's early would make people who use those PSD's more able to profit immediately, and they would ultimately have an unfair advantage over someone else at the release of a breed, for being able to provide something desirable to people.

Also I see now that vissyn was making the same point I'm making. I would absolutely see it as favoring one group. Since I don't do that kind of art, I'm left with pretty much having to throw my $ for MS. Overall I'd think it would be just fine to wait. I also wouldn't support

There are thousands of CAs in the game already - we arent asking for new direwolves CA to be approved in advance, merely to have the base accessible to put existing CAs on. This is a benefit to EVERYONE who has purchased a CA that currently fits all bases. It would mean your current CAs actually have a chance of working on the new breed shortly after it is released. (Keep in mind the current queue sometimes takes 2-4 weeks for items to be approved!)

Some CA artists have 10+ CAs to fix. It gives them time to update all of their existing ones to fit the new base.

Most people do not sell their CAs for pebbles so to me that's not really relevant. The main people who sell ms for pebbles are currency flippers or individuals who need pebbles now, not CA artists

The difference between FR and LW is.. FR does not release a preview of finished bases whereas LW's base appears to be complete. There is no surprise element right now except what the new genes will be

FR is also different because skins do not compare to apparel. FR doesnt allow users to create an item that fits on all breeds, they must be individually submitted as a new item. In a way, this is no different than the game preparing all of their current apparel to fit the new breed

LW is giving EVERYONE the chance to plan ahead and start saving pebbles, however you choose to earn them. This isn't giving one specific group the advantage of knowing beforehand
