CA Artists- what drawing app do you use?

I really want to make some custom apparel, but I can't find a good drawing app. I was wondering what the people who can do it use. If anyone has any suggestions, I am looking for something that is:

-Compatible with a Chromebook

-Does not cost any money to use

-Not so complicated or laggy that I'll get bored and start playing WildCraft before 5:00

Hi! For creating CA, any program that is able to open the breed template files (.psd) and supports layers should work just fine. The real trick is going to be finding something that works on your Chromebook, which can impose some limitations. Have you heard of https://photopea.com ? It's a free online editor that replicates most features of Photoshop, but it runs directly in your browser. I've not used it personally for drawing before, but it might be worth a look! And if you already have any experience with Photoshop, the tools and menus will look familiar. Good luck!
