Ummm… Where do you get sugar cane from? I’ve seen it in the mole market but not really anywhere else.

If I remember correctly, mole market's the only place to get it (and several other ingredients) right now. I'm looking forward to them expanding availability of the basic food ingredients, I hope that's in the cards soon. ):
