(Campaign) Cattle Crossing still appearing despite having no quests

I finished all quests, but when I enter the first sword area of Icerun I sometimes encounter this:

I'm assuming this is a bug, and it's slightly annoying when I'm trying to hunt Wild Wolves and level up a level 1 wolf at the same time.

I'm not entirely sure if this is a bug or not BUT if you're trying to level up and grind WWs, I recommend the first sword area of Goldsea. Low level enemies, tons of food, and I have super good luck finding WWs there :)

Is that a bug? Those cattle drop raw meat. It's always been there as far as I know. Seemed intentional to me.
