Most efficient items to craft to raise crafting level?

Hello!

Is there a chart anywhere that gives you an idea of how much exp you get for the resources you're spending? I'm looking to boost my crafting level but I'm not sure what's the most efficient recipe I should be buying and grinding. Would love some advice! Thanks in advance!
