How to do arrows in threads?

I've seen multiple art shops and other posts that have arrows, like in this image;

Then if you click on an arrow it expands. I'm wondering how exactly people do this?? I've been going crazy trying to figure it out for my own art shop lol

It's under the misc/mix section, as "collapsible sections".
