Hi, welcome to Lorwolf! The Sumi and Sumi markings are custom apparel from the custom apparel store (4th down in the Shop dropdown menu). It looks like there's a few left in stock!

Edit - Just realized this is in Trades not Intros or Questions and that you might have been looking to trade for the ca not just asking where it could be found! Sorry if I misread your post!
