If you go to a wolf profile and scroll down, you should be able to see a breeding option. Click on that, select a wolf to breed with. Then eventually when the wolf is ready, you can send them to the nest, then they'll be ready to give birth after 24 hours :)
There are several ways of getting more wolves, you can breed your two starter wolves that you created to make pups. In the campaign you have a chance at a wild wolf encounter, which sometimes will have a random wild wolf join you. Or they run off and drop a knucklebone. With 50 knucklebones and 15k pebbles (I think its been a minutes since I've done that hunt lol) you could get a mission under the hunt profession, and after 30mins when you complete the hunt you'll get a random wild wolf.
You can also buy wolves that other users are selling from the flea market, which has nice filters like if you only want wild wolves or don't mind gen2+ wolves.
If you actually mean create like you did with the first two, you can't. Those two are the only ones you can actually choose their colors with. ^^
