Been asked this a few times now and I obviously have no special insights into the dev process, so I figure I'll just save myself (and others) the trouble of speculating and ask; are pattern releases planned to coincide exclusively with "new breed" releases, or are there plans to release markings independently of breeds?
Obviously users can only guess, but that's why I'm asking here on the forums, lookin' for an official answer.
