Wildcard wolves: wolves that are aesthetically unsalvageable but whose disparate colors can add the perfect spice when used strategically - from our experience so far when breeding into a color - whatever system determining color defaults to ( or has a higher chance of selecting at least ) a specific set of colors first before giving up those prettier subtle hues - having a wolf already have the worst colors seems give better results when trying for odd combinations ( or maybe we’re just unlucky and trying come up with an explanation )
