It took me a minute to realize that the level 45 hunting event is literally impossible, as the minimum level for the group is 100, which supposes that the wolves and companions can get up to level 20.

Have the admins made any mention of the wolves ever being able to get higher? There's obviously no workaround.

Come to think of it, I probably have completed hunting missions that way, I've just forgotten, because I always try to make minimum.

It's probably be a coin-flip, though. (And I'd better wait until my L25 mission is over so I can send my best and brightest.)

Yeah your chances of successfully completing the hunt are pretty slim, due to it being impossible to match the 'recommendations'. Not just due to the levels, but also because it is impossible to get the required synergies. It won't stop you from going on the hunt, it's just less than a coinflip chance you'll actually get something in return for it.

That being said - once the campaign chapter 2 is added, IIRC that will mean that the level cap for wolves and companions is raised to 20. (and when chapter 3 is released, lv30, etc. etc.)
