What are your tactics for food?

How you keeping your woofs fed, friends? Any tips would be appreciated, a few days new to this game! I'd love tips like what locations in campaign to go to or what recipes to make or what profession synergies you have because I am outpacing my food production with other stuff!

Though heh maybe that means I need to chill--(I hope this is the right place for this?)

@Cassal Welcome! You can go into the “mole market’ under shops menu and buy food every few hours. You can go under play menu and do the profession activities like cooking which you can cook simple recipes to make food that gives more feed points. Farming is also a great way to get food. Fishing is good too. Also in campaign, you can earn food and seeds to plant too - goldsea (2nd from bottom) I think is the one that gives you seeds. ^^. Also check out guides under the forums board. The Neck - First sword area in Darkspine, provides a lot of food. The fights drop a lot of uncooked fish and meat (and eggs I think) that you can cook into more food points! When it's my main campaign farming area, I sometimes have problems keeping up with cooking it all!

Farming I think is my main source of food. Keep up on farming and you can get a lot! I think broccoli is the best overall, though it requires you to be level 12 farming.

Something else that can help is unless you're grinding bosses, the hardest areas, or certain achievements, taking only one wolf and a familiar in your party with ya can help a lot food. The familiar doesn't need to eat, so it can be very manageable as your cooking/farming levels up. Can also sell unused trinkets for pebbles and buy a bit of food off the flea market to get ya comfy while you build up your stores if needed. I usually farm/cook all my own food, but sometimes if i am raising a lot of wolves or doing a certain achievement, I buy extra food.
