Support ticket question

I sent in a support ticket on April 9th and got an auto-reply that I should expect a response within 5-7 business days, but I have not recieved a reply yet (I have double checked my spam folder). Anyone know if the response time is currently longer? If my ticket is closed without action, do I get notified?

I also sent a ticket about 2-3 weeks ago, no reply yet. :( April 5th is when I sent it.

I found this reply from the head moderator in a different thread:

"It will be the Support Team that reaches out to you, if there hasn't been a response after 14 days to your ticket, then I would recommend re-sending a ticket explaining the situation to bump your ticket."

So resending the your ticket might be the way to go?
