Questions regarding chapters in Campaign

1. Chapter 2. Does it already exist, or when will it release? If the first, how to get into it? (I have finished all quests in all areas.)

2. How many chapters are planned for all of the areas in the map, (Including the middle one I am unable to access, hopefully?)

3. Is it true or a hoax that the limit for levels, or exp, will be expanded for every chapter?

I don't know about 2 or 3, but I can answer 1! Chapter 2 is currently in development and planned to release sometime this year, barring any hiccups or snags in the development process.
