I believe the Seasonal banners/decor are soulbound, so you can't swap it, but I could be misremembering?

Really because if that is true it's odd the person who traded me them in a message to me was able to give me the item despite I realized after the fact I already had the item used/claimed in my account.

And also I am unsure whatever you desire in MS I can do my best to trade for.

@Lunar Howlers So for all three items you can do 7-10 ms? That sounds like a fair deal if so.

That is interesting. I would if they removed it from being soulbound, but it still has the warning on it? I saw the warning when I went to use this event's seasonal border/decor, but if it was traded it may have just been an "oops, forgot the warning text!"
