Gotcha! Thank you for explaining that, that’s pretty cool. Is there a way to preview genetic changes on a wolf, or what they’d look like as the opposite gender? Or even with apparel I don’t own yet
I don’t think you can preview apparel that you don’t have on a specific wolf but you can see the changes you can do on your wolves. Just go to the demo below where you click to go to achievements. There you will type in the wolf you want to sees’ id# in the “Load Wolf by ID” box and then you can see how your wolf would look with different patterns or opposite gender. Sorry if it doesn’t help, I’m really bad at explaining things.
One thing to caution about the demo and wolf changes-- if you save a wolf you own after changing something about it (pattern, sex, etc) and you see the word "custom" instead of its name down in the saved area of the demo-- that means clicking on it will not accurately represent the relatedness (and therefore breeding compatibility) of that wolf to any other wolf you also add to the demo, though it's still fine for checking color and pattern options.
If you wanna check if two wolves can pair, you'll haveta just check them as they currently are first. If you need to see if something can breed if you apply a sex-swap, but don't want to commit to that without knowing that they aren't related (smart!), try to dig into the parents' offspring list and find an opposite-sexed direct sibling to check with instead.
I add this because I've seen a lot of people get burned by that in the help forum.
