The day crested over the snowy peaks of Icerun, the harsh glare of the sun's rays against the snow jolting Oleander into a sense of awareness. The haze of darkness, the fullness of a real meal had lulled her into sleep despite the usual pulse of anxiousness that would keep her awake, and so it was with a vicious shake of her own head that she forced her eyes open. She shook the rest of her body awake as well, dusting off the overnight flakes that had drifted onto her cloak from the various tree branches and the morning dew that was starting to seep into her layers.

(Anyways, RP time I guess)

Valla followed Astra down shortly after, looking peppy. She had slept hard and well last night, and it was always comforting to have someone else nearby. She plopped down next to Astra, near the other Bracchuses and the Lupin, Oleander. "Morning all!" she said cheerily. She gave a doggy grin to the group around her, then Valla looked to the staff: "Can we get a platter for breakfast? Any stork eggs? Scrambled? Bacon?"

Azurity gave the Lupin a friendly grin as she slipped inside, then turned as he saw Astra pad down the stairs. “Morning, fellow adventurers! Have a good night?” His head tipped at Oleanders question. “I’m waiting for Valla to arrive- then we can order a meal for the five of us!”

Oleander had to remember not to drool openly as Valla ordered them more food. Out came the plates of eggs, meat and potatoes, even jams, spread out before them. Quickly, she seized one of the jam jars and stuck her snout in it, tasting the explosion of sweetness from honey and the tartness of the berries across her tongue. She lapped up every last drop, not bothering to surface until the jar was cleaned completely. Perhaps it was the rush of sugar that made her more willing to glance over at the black colored Bracchus and say, "We should leave as soon as possible. Have as much daylight to forge forward," before seizing on a piece of meat and wolfing it down in a few bites.
