Buying Iron wheel recipe or wheels

I want to buy an iron wheel recipe, but the only one on the market is priced for hundreds of pebbles. I would love to buy an iron wheel recipe in the more starter range or some wheels to last me until I can get it from the mole market. If anyone has resonably priced recipes for the next tier or two I would also buy those.
