Hi, and welcome/welcome back! Speaking for only myself (but I am sure there are other like-minded individuals out there), I mostly play LW solo/dont usually get out on forums much unless something is compelling me to comment, but I do check in regularly.
Adding my two cents into the mix to theorize why there are fewer people, I think a lot of us get addicted to the dopamine hit that "new content/new releases" etc provide us. And when you are a player who has "locked in" early and achieved all or most of the external/internal goals for the game that were set up, it can becoming unengaging and not really rewarding to log 2/3+ hours on a site with no new thing to collect. Anyways, those are just some preliminary thoughts running through my marble (🧠)
Also, if you are looking for wolves with specific colors and arent seeing them on the market, feel free to reach out to active members of the community. A lot of players aren't actively breeding anymore due to maxing out den space and a slower paced economy, but might be open to breeding on request for a fee.
I've found that many people here are very friendly and will generally go out of their way to help newer players too which is lovely
