It depends! I prefer WWs and Gen 2 or 3 wolves usually. That's pretty much what you'll find in my den. Some people don't really care and just want pretty colors lol. As far as mixed breeding that also depends. There's some desire for pure Gen 2 and Gen 3 Brachs and Volmyrs but I've not really seen any demand for pure lines of other breeds. But there could be people out there that want that!
It really depends, but it's nothing like Wajas was back in the day! Mostly people are more on the Flight Rising side, where the vast majority do not care about generation, then some will care because they need to maximize breeding group compatibility for a specific project, and then there are the rare minority that place more value in a dog the lower generation it has.
They aren't really a big enough facet of the site to market to specifically in my experience, but they exist and if you happen to have a pair or come across one that is low gen, it never hurts to mention it when you are trying to sell. The middle group that is looking for compatible dogs for breeding projects are my largest buyer of low-gen dogs, because there are not a ton of people that stick around and do breeding projects in several color ranges that you'd think would be popular!
I'm perpetually low on den space, so I don't frequently purchase new wolves, but when I do it is almost exclusively for colors/appearance and I'm not particularly willing to pay more for it being a lower generation.
The only exception is wild wolves, which I know come at some amount of premium. Even then, I'm still primarily focused on colors and, for the most part, won't pay more for "unique" features (being a double but otherwise not great color combo, having a cool ID, etc).

On the other hand, I know some people do values these features more so I totally understand why some people want to sell for higher cost based on those features so when my price doesn't align with those prices, I just have to decide whether it's not the sale for me or whether I'm willing to sacrifice and pay more than I value the dog. ๐
