Welcome!! So glad to have met you already over in the other forum, but I second lalierre's suggestion to check out your Achievements under the Den tab. There are a bunch of Starter achievements that will guide you around the site and show you all the activities. Wolves and food are the name of the game -- the more you have of both, the more you can do!

Welcome to lw! Seconding what everyone else has said about achievements! My other recommendation is to play around with all the different features and see which parts you like the best. It's not a super competitive game, so you don't need to worry about optimizing your time or anything. Some people just like to focus on breeding cute wolves, other people collect random items, it's what you make of it :)

WOW thank you all so much for the kind welcomes and links! I've been feeling my way around the site here and there today and last night, the achievements and daily activity things have been super helpful as some of you have mentioned! I think I'm starting to get the hang of the site; it makes me think of Flight Rising with the slightest touch of Aywas, but with a good amount of its own things going on too. I'm enjoying it so far!

Would love to give an extra big thank-you to those who have sent gifts, really means a lot and I appreciate it deeply! And also an extra big thank-you to everyone who's been giving advice (especially @Reave , hot dang thank you for so much and such thorough info that would've definitely taken me quite a while to find out on my own).

I do have some more questions if anyone wouldn't mind answering 'em? My biggest one right now is "what exactly does being in a pack do?" Especially curious since Phlox very helpfully mentioned that you can do campaigns for every single pack/their areas. I mean, obviously there's the symbols of your pack on your profile and forum posts and all, but does it do anything aside from that?
