It’s Gaussian blur.
IT’S GAUSSIAN BLUR.
It has the same.. artifacts, I guess?
Zoom into any brush top wolf and you’ll see it.
Gave me a shock when I used Gaussian blur to hopefully get a similar effect as the original in an art piece and instead I got the actual entire effect.
