Apologies for the late response.

I saw on some threads that 5 digits range from 3.5k gems and 10k gems, but the IDs were in the higher end of the digits.

So for 39355 and 31859, I'll probably go for 6k gems - 7k gems respectively, but feel free to make an offer. This is just based on what I've seen.
