A CHALLENGER APPROACHES!

A mysterious sledder has joined the competition! While clearly for Goldsea, he’s dressed in concealing black garb! And is that… a gas mask? He couldn’t find goggles okay.

Weighing an astonishing 9 lbs, the mystery athlete climbs aboard a sled and goes! At a… very slow pace. He inches down the hill and uh… STRANGE MUSIC fills the air like some weird soundtrack as the challenger creeps his was to the finish line. Finishing last far behind everyone else. Probably after most everyone has left actually.

“What incredible races so far!” An announcer exclaims! “And that last mysterious sledder! The Zerda! They had a lot of heart to come out to compete, and they earned the admiration of the audience! But I am here to announce that we have an extraordinary situation.” The announcer pauses for effect. “A tie for first!” The audience roars with cheers! “Both of these remarkable contestants are from Darkspine and deserve to win. However…there can only be one! And so there will be…one final race! Packmate versus Packmate! Friend versus Friend! This will be a race to remember! The very best in all of Loria, racing to prove which is truly number one!”

You both seem to be tied for first! Unfortunately there can only be one winner! So the winner of the event will be “essentially” a coin toss between the two of you. Before the Award Ceremony I will count the total number of participants. If there is an odd number, Ypsilenna, you will win. If there is an even number, MystiTheWolf, you will win.
