So we can tell which wolves are not ready to hunt yet
2. Have a filter for synergies in the selection dialogue
So it's easy to find wolves that fit the requirements

If you go to your den, there's a button called Manage Auto Feed"
You can configure what does or does not get used on auto feeds (though not necessarily the order)
