Increase turn maximum

I am unsure whether there is a specific reason as to why turns in battle can ONLY go up to 20, where if you reach turn 20, you automatically lose. Beyond soft-lock prevention, I genuinely don't think this should be here, it should be increased to 45 or 50.

Of course, if there are other reasons, drop em in here cause I'd like to learn. But as it stands now, I think the cap should be increased.

If nothing else, a better way to determine a player / npc winner after turn 20 in battle would be nice instead of it always just turning into an an auto-loss. Especially now that we can "skip" combat in an official capacity instead of just refreshing. It wouldn't have to be a very sophisticated formula to be an improvement over nothing, rofl.
