Via the Talent Tree it is possible to reduce costs of various parts of the game; the mole market, the professions, Nana, etc.
However, visually, how this change is shown differs, which is highly confusing.
Currently, several parts, such as the hunting rerolls and Nana show the reduced price. The marketplace on the other hand, shows the original price. Even in the confirmation pop-up. It isn't until after the transaction has gone through and you've done the before and after math in your head yourself, that you'll see that the cost reduction was actually implemented.
This suggestion is basically - make it uniform. Always show the reduced price. This doesn't only avoid confusion, it should also avoid incorrect/unnecessary bug reports about discounts not working,
