Why does a basido suddenly cost 423 pebbles instead of 400
Why can I buy a background for 6k pebbles less than I could three days ago
WHY THE HECK IS EVERYTHING SO SPECIFIC AND RANDOM

is this intentional? am i going crazy? did i miss something? what happened-

You can generally discover the original MM price by looking at the Vendor Sell price in the bottom right corner of the tooltip, and adding a zero to that. Basidios have a 45 pebble sell value, which means that originally cost 450 pebbles in the MM.
