Account Question

Hi there! 👋

I know we're not allowed to have alt accounts, but I was wondering if two family members are allowed to play from the same IP address (using separate accounts, one per person).

I didn't see anything about this in the rules, unless I happened to miss it while reading through them. 🤔

I just wanted to ask before anyone accidentally gets in trouble for doing something that's not allowed. 🙃

I would say just put who your family member is in your bio! I’ve seen some people do that and I think it would clear any confusion people may have.

You can! I know a few couples that play, none of us have had an issue playing from different devices in the same home.

Yeah, as long as it's clear you're not "funneling" resources from one account to another I think it's fine. Me and my fiance live together and play a handful of pet sites together, and we have (so far) not had any issues with any of them. We trade items and wolves occasionally, but since there is back-and-forth and not just one account dumping resources one sidedly into another it's fine.
