[NG+] Unable to Progress past NG28

Hello! Now that the seasonal is over, I continued my NG+ grind.

I finished up my remaining NG28 Murkwood quests today (I completed the other packs' before July, before the re-naming of NG levels) but I don't see NG30 in my dropdown list.

I have checked that I have no remaining quests in my log, and I don't see any exclamation/question marks on any map areas that might indicate I was missing a quest start/hand-in.

I have tried a hard refresh on Opera browser on PC, and checked on Firefox on mobile as well and same issue.
