Yes, they are called wild wolves in this game and they are so called 'first generations' (e.g. wolves with no parents/lineage). The scenario is available in later areas of the campaign, and the chance of actually successfully getting the wolf is quite small. But if you fail, you get a knuckebone token (KB or KBT for short). 50 KBT gives you a hunt in the hunting profession that takes 30 minutes and guarantees a wild wolf as a result. @HarleyOfWolvdn
You can also go on the Flea Market to buy wolves from other users! Additionally, if you check out the Giveaways forum, you'll find plenty of users offering free wolves to new joiners as well.
