Yes, they are called wild wolves in this game and they are so called 'first generations' (e.g. wolves with no parents/lineage). The scenario is available in later areas of the campaign, and the chance of actually successfully getting the wolf is quite small. But if you fail, you get a knuckebone token (KB or KBT for short). 50 KBT gives you a hunt in the hunting profession that takes 30 minutes and guarantees a wild wolf as a result. @HarleyOfWolvdn
