Ok so theres no way for me to get the amount of voucher i need for a companion for this hunting holiday…

How can i earn more aside from the daily quests and hunting?

Do these vouchers stay in my inventory till i use them or do they disappear at the end of the holiday?

they will stay in your inventory till you spend them! I don't think you can earn them any other way but I could be wrong on that part.

I do have another question tho. How often do these holidays show back up? Was here for the fishing 1 previously and then this 1. Also How many others are there?

you can get vouchers for releasing wolves too, though since the site is new, it's prob not worth it. once more players and puppies swarm the FM, it'll be worthwhile to buy cheap and release for vouchers

for your second question, im pretty sure theres 1 per profession. mining, cooking, crafting, farming, and of course fishing and hunting

What everyone else said is correct, but there is one additional weekly event in addition to the profession-based ones: activities! You earn tickets for this one by doing those endless tasks in the activities section. If the order stays the same as EA, it should be the next weekly event.
