Unfortunately, due to the similarity of the copyrighted content of the Pokemon, Sylveon, I would not be able to approve of this CA.
Extra limbs are completely fine to make, provided that there is no tracing or eyeballing from existing CA or other sources. If there isn't and the CA follows all the CA rules, these should be accepted.

Hey Quiche! I'm working on a CA that I might call "Strike a Pose!" Where every wolf pose has a slightly different face: Happy, Sad, Angry, etc. Would I be able to submit this as a single CA or would I need to submit fourteen different CAs: Happy one, Sad one, Angry one, etc.
