Can knuckle bones be used?

As the title says, can they be used? They’re currency but i don’t understand

@JupiterLost They are used for the “Wild Wolf" hunting quest, which will spawn when you have 50 Knucklebones! The quest guarantees a wild wolf will join your pack, unlike the campaign scenario which is RNG!
