make sure to un-highlight the companion icon after using Nana's services

Yet Another tiny QoL thing whoops

I noticed that after paying Nana to play with my companions, after I dismiss the window the little companion paw icons under the wolves are still highlighted and it takes a refresh for them to be properly grayed out

maybe have that force a refresh after closing the window so it displays correctly?
