Queen Xilva ~ Upper Caverns

A serious expression flashed over the Queens features. Rogues were not always a terrible thing, sometimes they wanted nothing to do with the pack, or were purely just looking for food. But there were many rogues that wanted to destroy the pack, they wanted the land for themselves. Others just wanted the Island to stay In darkness, for what reason Xilva could not comprehend.

"I trust In your skills as General Loki. I know you'll alert me If there Is truly a problem. Let us hope they were just travellers, or perhaps loners." Xilva sighed. She sat silently for a moment, focusing on the crashing sound of the waves bellow, It settled her nerves. "We've done a good job of keeping Rogues away so far. I'm sure everything will be fine.

Xilva blinked heavily a few times as Loki looked into her eyes, she wondered If she had some fur in them, or perhaps there was something wrong. While listening to the general The Queen began to wonder who could possibly be In disguise, was there anyone that seemed suspicious? "That would be awful If there truly were rogues pretending to be refugees. "Yes please, you are free to go ahead with your plan, anything to keep our pack safe. I really hope we aren't being tricked however." There was already enough to worry about, rogues Inside the pack was a terrifying idea but was very possible.

Loki Halestrom - Upper Caverns

Loki listens attentively and nods along. "As you wish, My Queen. Do not let it weigh on your mind too much. No point in wasting your energy when there is not yet a threat. I will assemble a small team to send amongst the pack and report immediately if there is anything suspicious. You may be responsible for all of us, but we are in your debt for giving us this sanctuary. We will do all we can to preserve it for all."

Loki bows, and makes his way back down through the caverns and outside.

Garrison Encampment

Out of the caverns and around the rocky outcrops, Loki makes his way past a few large boulders. Hidden amongst the trees and rock, lies the main Garrison. Grunts and growls of new recruits as they train, weapons clashing and clanging, low discussions amongst wolves making and mending armor, a large dirt area lies in the middle and all outskirts are lined with tents. As soon as he approaches the central pit, all wolves stop and stand at attention.

"Arnauth, Emille, and Zeuth are to report to my tent at once! All else carry on." Not even breaking his stride, Loki makes his way to the farthest and largest tent.

Inside is a large table at the center, with a map of the Glowing Isles and a variety of carved rock markers on top. A small nest of blankets and leaves lies in the corner. Several lanterns hang from the crossbeam above, with candles burning all-too frequently as of late.

Not a minute later, the three wolves he called for walked in.

Arnauth, a strong and large male Lupin already marked and scarred from battle. His coat is reminiscent of fresh-tilled soil with pale grey markings on his back and paws.

Emille, a small and unassuming Zerda with one eye scarred closed. She is of tawny shade and a bit scruffy in coat.

Zeuth, a lithe and cunning Bracchus whose tail is missing. His coat a soft and gentle green, with a few steel blue accents striping his sides.

"You called, sir." They answered in unison. Loki nodded and gestured for them to stand around the table.

"You three remember that abandoned camp we found? I have suspicions we may have Rogue spies amongst our new refugees. Now this may be assuming the worst, but a camp being that close with no discernable trace has me concerned."

The three wolves nod in understanding.

"I've called you all in to be assigned on a very secret mission. Top level clearance, you speak of none of this to absolutely no one. Do I make myself clear?"

They each lift their tails in salute.

"Good. You will each live amongst the refugees for the next week. Dress and act appropriately, use fake names. Treat none poorly, simply interact and listen. If there is a Rogue among us, I have full faith you will find them. When you do, two of you must keep an eye on them while the other alerts me immediately. I will bring a few of our soldiers in to apprehend them. We do not want to incite panic so again be as discreet as possible. Now go."

Almost in perfect synchronization, the three wolves nod and leave the tent. Loki lets out a large sigh and plops down on his nestbed.

"By all that is bright, I have a terrible feeling about the days to come."

Queen Xilva ~ Upper Caverns

A gentle grin met with the generals words. "I wouldn't have been able to do it all without you and the others. Be safe dear general. If you find out anything surrounding the possibilities of rogues being near by please get word sent to me." Once Loki's figure had left Xilva's gaze the young queen found herself standing up from her resting position and staring down the cliff towards the crashing waves. She considered going to find Dango but Instead chose to head to her nest and rest for awhile. If anyone needed her she was sure they would have no trouble coming to find her.

Description: A strong, hardy young Lupin

Personality: Coldsnap prefers to get things done through quiet persistence. They are not afraid to show their teeth, though.

Backstory: Times are hard! Coldsnap and their sibling Laurel both volunteered to go scouting for safety for their family. Careful, patient Coldsnap headed straight for the Queen's domain to see if help could be found there. They worry that hot-blooded Laurel might end up taken in by rousing words and false promises from rogue packs. Laurel had been fighting with the pack leaders before the two siblings left, and Coldsnap has a sinking fear that Laurel won't return once they discover the 'freedom' the rogue packs offer. But Coldsnap has a job to do; a lot of jobs to do: determine whether their family should come to join the ranks of the Moon'Glow pack, convince their family not to follow Laurel into a pack run by shady characters, and see what they can learn about the growing darkness. Since Coldsnap's small pack of origin is currently living in territory that's already being badly impacted by the darkness, it's possible that they have witnessed clues to the darkness's origin without realizing it.

Hecate | female | Sage Apprentice | Lower Caverns

The young kit just finished her meal, a pumpkin pie, her favorite food. Now, what was she going to do today? She figured it would be best, if she can find the Sage, Dango, and see what she can do. While adjusting her blindfold, she thought about where to look for the Sage. It would probably be best, if she asked another wolf about the Sages whereabouts, since she didn’t knew her way around exactly yet and walking around the caverns without a destination could result in her getting lost. She knew the way to a room, that is usually filled with workers, so she headed towards it, preparing herself mentally to ask a wolf she barely knew. At the entrance she hesitated shortly, then approached a wolf, who had turned their back towards her. She waited a moment, before clearing her throat to get their attention and asked: “Um… Excuse me. May I ask, if you know where to find the Sage?”

Dango ~ Lower Caverns

Dango giggled under her breath as she slowly turned to face her Apprentice, attempting to give the larger wolf a shock. "Little one are your senses growing dull? Do I need to train ya some more?! It Is I!! Your most esteemed Sage! It's Dango I am Dango!" The eruption of manic giggles that exploded from the tiny Zerda caused many blinded eyes to turn In search of the commotion. Dango was well aware of her apprentices somewhat withdrawn or possibly shy demeanour, she wanted to try and bring a sense of safety to the younger wolf and to the others of the pack and so tried to make everything In life exciting and fun, It could be too much for some, but those close to the Zerda found It endearing.

Small hops helped the Zerda to reach her head close enough to Hecate's nose for a nudge. "Little one has found The Sage!" Dango often called her apprentice little one even though they were larger as most wolves were, It was her way of attaching a teacher and student bond, plus she found It to be Ironically hilarious. "Now now, Is everything ok? Did you enjoy your morning? Are you ready for the rest of the day? Once Webster and I are fed we can go and gather herbs If you'd like."

(Added the first Pup! His name Is Urchin. His mother Starfish Is open for adoption(Anyone is welcome to create her as long as they follow with the small bit of lore about her in Urchin's character sheet. Other than what Is already written about her feel free to create her however you like.) His three sisters are also open. His father may be open later on but for now will possibly become an antagonist. If you have any characters that you don't mind others taking on as their oc's please tag them as (Open))

Urchin ~ Lower Caverns ~ (OPEN)

The small Kit pup had found himself lost In the lower Caverns, he could hear the sounds of trickling water but had forgotten how to get to the Canteen where his mother would be waiting for him. "H-Hello..Anyone?" Tear's filled his dark green orbs, his fur marked with what looked like rippling waves shivered. "Momma?" Being a tiny pup he didn't have the best decision making skills, should he just stand there and wait for someone to find him? Or should he keep moving. After a long drawn out breath the pup decided he should just keep moving.

The caverns seemed like a labyrinth as time flew by, It grew darker and darker as his hope of being found deteriorated. "MOMMA! ANYONE! I'm lost." This was not the first time Urchin had felt like this, hopelessness was a common occurrence for a very young life.
